## Summary

On August 12, 2015, a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) will be issued to E&M Supply Group (E&M) of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana to resolve RCRA violations discovered during the review of data from E&M?s hazardous waste activities.
