On August 12, 2015, a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) will be issued to McAllen Hospitals, L.P. (McAllen Heart) of McAllen, Texas to resolve RCRA violations discovered during the review of data from McAllen Heart?s hazardous waste activities.  The data revealed that on several occasions, McAllen Heart generated quantities of waste that triggered the large quantity generator requirements, and during those periods, McAllen Heart continued to notify and operate as a small quantity generator of hazardous waste.
