On August 12, 2015, a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) will be issued to Fort Duncan Medical Center, L.P. (Fort Duncan) of Eagle Pass, Texas to resolve RCRA violations discovered during the review of data from Fort Duncan?s hazardous waste activities.  The data revealed that on several occasions, Fort Duncan generated quantities of waste that triggered the large quantity generator requirements, and during those periods, Fort Duncan continued to notify and operate as a small quantity generator of hazardous waste.
