This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and City of Burbank Power and Water (Respondent) in California for violation of the Clean Air Act requirement to update and submit its Risk Management Plan for hazardous air pollutants at its facility. Respondent agrees to pay a civil administrative penalty of $1,200 to resolve this violation.
