This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and the City of Tracy Waste Water Treatment Plant(Respondent) in CA, for violation of the Clean Air Act Section 112(r) requirement to review and update its Risk Management Plan for hazardous air pollutants at its facility. Respondent agrees to pay a civil administrative penalty of $1,600 to resolve this violation.
