This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Stratford Growers, Inc (Respondent) of Stratford, CA for violation of the Clean Air Act requirement to review and update its Risk Management Plan for hazardous air pollutants at its facility. Respondent agrees to pay a civil administrative penalty of $1,200 to resolve this violation.
