On August 19, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Sections 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Cebolla MDWCA (Respondent) located in Mora County, New Mexico. The AO was issued in response to violation of the Consumer Confidence Report Rule (CCR). The AO requires Cebolla MDWCA to issue a CCR within thirty days of the issuance of the Order. Cebolla MDWCA must respond to EPA Region 6 within forty days.
