This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Delta Ultraviolet Corporation (Respondent) of Washington state, for alleged violations of reporting requirements under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) at its Gardena, Calif facility and a second facility located in France. Respondent agrees to pay a civil administrative penalty of $5,300 to settle the matter.
