On August 20, 2015, a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) was issued to Bay Ltd ? Offshore Division (Bay Ltd.) of Amelia and Belle Chasse, Louisiana (3 sites) to resolve RCRA violations discovered during the review of data from Bay Ltd.?s hazardous waste activities. The data revealed that on several occasions, Bay Ltd. generated quantities of waste that triggered the large quantity generator requirements, and during those periods, Bay Ltd. continued to notify and operate as a conditionally exempt small quantity generator or small quantity generator of hazardous waste. Bay Ltd. was identified based on the targeting efforts. The CAFO requires the payment of $248,705 and compliance with RCRA regulations.
