EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Sections 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Joseph Thompson (Respondent) for violations at Aqua Man Public Water System, located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The AO was issued in response to violation of the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) rules. The AO requires Respondent to issue a CCR within thirty days of the issuance of the Order, and respond to EPA Region 6 within forty days.
