EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Sections 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Ramah Water & Sanitation (Respondent) located in McKinley County, New Mexico. The AO was issued in response to violation of the Consumer Confidence Report Rule (CCR) and the Lead and Copper Rule (LCR). The AO requires Ramah Water & Sanitation to issue a CCR within thirty days of the issuance of the Order.
