EPA Region 6 issued an AO under its authority pursuant to Sections 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Bernadine Garcia (Respondent) located in Taos County, New Mexico. The AO was issued in response to violation of the Consumer Confidence Report Rule (CCR). The AO requires Bernadine Garcia to issue a CCR for BMG Trailer Park within thirty days of the issuance of the Order, and respond to EPA Region 6 within forty days.
