This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order pursuant to Section 3008(a)(1) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) between US EPA and Department of Interior (DOI). EPA alleges that DOI failed to meet requirements under RCRA. DOI agrees to the assessment of a $50,000 penalty.
