On July 29, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order that resolves violations of EPCRA 313 by Avtech Tyee, Inc. at its facility in Everett, Washington. EPA alleged that Avtech Tyee Inc. had failed to report releases as required under EPCRA. The company has returned to compliance and agreed to pay a $49,000 penalty.
