Pursuant to the terms of the Lien Release Agreement, Olin agrees to place the proceeds for the sale of the Olin Property into an escrow account to fund the final phase of the response action at the Site in exchange for EPA's agreement to release the lien that it has on the property under Section 107(l) of CERCLA.
