This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Safety-Kleen, Inc, (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Oil Pollution Prevention Act requirements for Spill Prevention, Countermeasures and Control and Federal Response Plans. Respondent will pay a civil administrative penalty of $90,000 to resolve the matter.
