This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Cargill, Inc (Respondent) for alleged violation of the Oil Pollution Prevention Act Spill Prevention, Countermeasures and Control (SPCC) requirements. Respondent will pay a civil administrative penalty of $45,000 to resolve the matter.
