This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Joyner USA, Inc (Respondent) for violation of the Clean Air Act requirement for mobile sources of air pollution. Respondent is alleged to have imported all-terrain vehicles with engines that did not comply with CAA engine standards. Respondent agrees to pay a civil administrative penalty of $4,100 to resolve the matter.
