Luminant disclosed two of their facilities (Monticello Steam and Martin Lake Steam) for violations to EPCRA 313 to US EPA. After reviewing the Audit Policy Checklist they submitted, 100% of the gravity base penalty was mitigated. Economic benefits were deemed insignificant.
