This enforcement action settles a civil penalty action against OMG Americas, Inc.for violating section 5(a)(1) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), 15 U.S.C. ? 2604(a), and the relevant regulations at 40 C.F.R. ? 720.22; also violating section 5(a)(2) of TSCA, 15 U.S.C. ? 2604(a)(2) and regulations under 40 C.F.R. ? 721.25(a); also violating section 5(h)(4), 15 U.S.C. ? 2604(a) and regulations at 40 C.F.R. ? 723.50(e)(1).
