On September 21, 2015, Region 10 issued an administrative order to require the Da Stor at Lillie's Corner Court Pubic Water System (PWS #105338106) to address delinquent total coliform and nitrate monitoring. The administrative order requires the system to complete the required monitor within 60 days, and submit required monitoring in a timely manner for the next three months. This facility was also the subject of Underground Storage Tank Complaint in 2014 and Underground Injection Control Administrative Order on Consent in 2013.
