This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX (EPA), and Threshold Enterprises, LTD (Threshold) for alleged violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste management regulations at their facility in Scotts Valley, California. Threshold agreed to payment of a civil administrative penalty of $71,000 to settle this matter.
