On September 30, 2013, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Roger Meyer (Respondent) doing business as the Twin Oaks MHP Midland in Midland, TX. The AO was issued in response to violations of the nitrate maximum contaminant level (MCL). The AO requires Respondent to submit to EPA: 1) a detailed plan to meet the nitrate MCL; 2) a cost analysis of the proposed plan; and 3) a construction schedule. Respondent must submit a plan to EPA Region 6 within 120 days of the issuance date of the Order.
