EPA issued an Administrative Order to the Eola WSC on August 29, 2011 for exceeding the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for nitrate in drinking water. Respondent must achieve and maintain compliance with the nitrate MCL no later than eighteen months from the effective date of this Order.
