Violations include: Failure to Characterize the extent of PCB contamination in violation of the PCB use authorization regulations; Failure to identify all potential sources of PCB contamination in violation of use authorization regulations; and failure to repeat sampling and analysis of PCB contamination in violation of use authorization regulations.
