This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and Planter Technology, Inc, (Respondent) for violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Respondent is alleged to have failed to complete and submit the 2014 annual pesticide report by March 1, 2015 for its pesticide production establishment. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $2,640 to settle the matter.
