This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and Washburn & Sons, Inc. (Respondent) for violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Respondent is alleged to have failed to complete and submit the 2014 annual pesticide production report by March 1, 2015, for its pesticide production establishment. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $880 to settle the matter.
