This Administrative Order on Consent is entered into voluntarily by U.S. EPA and Advanced Food Products (Respondent) for alleged violation of Section 307(d) of the Clean Water Act for discharges of process-related wastewaters from its manufacturing facility in Visalia, California into the City of Visalia domestic sewer system and its Wastewater Treatment Facility. Respondent agreed to undertake specified measures to cease the current violations and prevent additional violations, at an estimated cost of $30,000.
