EPA determined that the Facility is in violation of requirements set forth in their Title V permit, in addition to the requirements set forth in Standards of Performance for Organic Liquid Distribution (40 CFR Part 63 Subpart EEEE), relating to initial performance and reporting. The Order requires the Facility to come into compliance with the aforementioned regulation and applicable requirements.
