EPA determined that the Facility is in violation of requirements set forth in their Title V permit, in addition to the requirements set forth in Standards of Performance for Pulp and Paper (40 CFR Part 63 Subpart S), relating to initial performance and reporting. The Order requires the Facility to come into compliance with the aforementioned regulation and applicable requirements.
