On September 21, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Sections 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Sandy Camp(Respondent) of Inlow Youth Camp, for SDWA violations. The AO was issued for failure to issue Public Notices (PNs). This AO addresses violations spanning several years. The AO requires Respondent to issue past and currently due PNs. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within fifteen days of the issuance date of the AO.
