On May 20, 2014, EPA issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Ms. Louise Vigil, doing business as El Rancho Mobile Home Park, for failure to comply with national drinking water standards for uranium. Uranium levels in drinking water at this public water system (PWS) exceed the maximum contaminant level (MCL) of 30 micrograms per liter. Respondent is required to achieve compliance with the MCL for uranium within eighteen (18) months of the effective date of this Order.
