This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between U.S. EPA and Compton Ag Services LLC (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Alleged violations include failure to keep containment structures liquid-tight, failure to meet design requirements for containment pads, failure to keep required records, failure to identify signs of containment structure damage and make repairs, and distribution and sale of a misbranded pesticide. Respondent consents to the terms of this CA/FO, which include the assessment and payment of an administrative civil penalty of $21,440 and certification that alleged violations have been corrected.
