The pesticide in this shipment, ?Sniper 1000EC DDVP?, is a liquid fumigant pesticide not registered for use in the USA. According to the Importer of Record, a shipment of 10 boxes (containing 120 bottles total) were imported into the U.S.A. under the declaration that they were ?pesticide samples?; however, additional information uncovered determined that the intended use for these pesticides was for application in residential apartment units located in the Alexandria, VA area.
