This Settlement Agreement provides for the performance of removal actions by Respondent including recording deed restrictions on portions of the Site where radioactive contamination may be present and the reimbursement of certain response costs incurred by the US at or in connection with the property designated Parcel 2 of the Lindsay Light II site OU 22, located at 224-228 East Ontario St, Chicago, IL.
