EPA and C. Reiss have reached an agreement to address violations for failing to respond to a Region 5 Section 114 Information Request. The Stipulated Settlement and Final Consent Order will cover two bulk solid handling terminals, Duluth, MN, and Green Bay, WI. The facilities both primarily process petroleum coke. The Green Bay, WI facility will be revising the facility's fugitive dust plan and operating two continuous PM10 ambient air monitors and one filter-based ambient air monitor for one year. The Duluth, MN facility will be revising the facility's fugitive dust plan and operating one filter-based PM10 ambient air monitor for one year. C. Reiss will pay a cash penalty of $100,000.
