Issue: EPA Issues Administrative Order to Ortek, Inc., McCook, Illinois: An Administrative Order is being issued to Ortek, Inc., of McCook, Illinois, for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA). EPA issued a CAA Section 114 Information Request to Ortek on June 4, 2015. Ortek was required to reply within 30 days after the Request was received. However, no response to the Request has been received to date. Therefore, EPA is ordering Ortek to respond to the CAA Section 114 Information Request.
