Anderson Preparatory Academy performed the necessary corrective action to address PCB violations caused by leaking PCB fluorescent light ballasts. EPA remitted the $44,590 penalty in consideration of Anderson's cleanup of spills from leaking PCB ballasts and removal of all PCB light ballasts from the building.
