On September 23, 2015, a Consent Agreement and Final Orders (CAFO) was issued to Baddley Chemicals, Inc. to resolve RCRA violations discovered during the review of data reflecting their hazardous waste activities. The data revealed that on several occasions, Baddley Chemicals, Inc. generated quantities of hazardous waste that triggered the large quantity generator requirements under RCRA. During these periods, however, the facility did not met the notification and operational requirements for large quantity generators. The CAFO includes a penalty of $51,000 and requires compliance with the applicable RCRA requirements.
