Tyson Poultry Inc. Grannis Processing Plant facility has disclosed violation to EPCRA 313 to US EPA. After reviewing the Audit Policy Checklist they submitted, 100% of the gravity base penalty was mitigated. Economic benefit was deemed insignificant.
