A voluntary self-disclosure was submitted to the EPA on January 8, 2015, pursuant to EPA?s Incentives for Self-Policing: Discovery, Disclosure, Correction and Prevention of Violations, 65 FR 19618, April 11, 2000, effective May 11, 2000 (Audit Policy). The disclosure indicated that the company had not filed timely Toxic Release Inventory Form R reports for 30 chemicals from 2008 through 2013. Section 313of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act requires timely and correct TRI Form R reports. The required revised TRI Form R reports were submitted February 17, 2015.
