EPA conducted an inspection at Excel Foundry and Machine, Inc. in October 2014. During the inspection, it was determined that the facility is subject to the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Iron and Steel Foundries Area Sources. EPA will be entering into an Administrative Consent Order with the facility to ensure that they come into compliance with this rule in a timely manner.
