On September 2, 2015, EPA Region III filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) resolving an action against Boggs Natural Gas, FLP, for alleged violations of Section 311(j) of the Clean Water Act, in connection with its crude oil production facility on Grade Fork Road, Linden, Roane County, West Virginia (Facility). Specifically, EPA alleged that Boggs failed to have and implement a written SPCC Plan for the Facility. The CAFO requires Respondent to pay $15,618 in civil penalties.
