Respondent's groundwater wells have been found to be vulnerable to microbial contamination. Administrative Order requires Respondent to initiate a groundwater under the direct influence of surface water (GWUDI) re-evaluation, assess wells for vulnerability to microbial contamination and implement measures to protect public health. SDWA-02-2015-8029 includes a modified monitoring schedule, updated requirements for specific wells and supersedes SDWA-02-2015-8002. SDWA-02-2015-8002 considers injunctive relief. Respondent failed to comply with schedule outlined in Administrative Order SDWA-02-2015-8018.
