## Summary

The Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance ( CMOM ) Program Assessment the Kensignton Fire District ( KFD ) conducts pursuant to the Order will evaluate major aspects of KFD?s infrastructure assets and operational practices. Based on that assessment, KFD will generate a CMOM Corrective Action Plan that will establish a schedule for implementing infrastructure improvements and operational practices to limit further Sanitary Sewer Overflows ( SSOs ). CMOM Program Annual Reports completed under the Order will enable the State and EPA to monitor KFD?s progress on controlling SSOs. Finally, the CMOM Program Manual will establish operational standards for Authority personnel and a benchmark against which future KFD performance can be measured.
