On December 14, 2015, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement and final order with TJ's Gas Station, the owner and operator of underground storage tanks at a facility in Sheridan, Oregon to address underground storage tank rule violations at its facility. The company provided a copy of the tank release detection documents and agreed to pay a $6,390 penalty.
