On November 2, 2015, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement and final order with Holiday Alaska, Inc., the owners and operators of underground storage tanks at two facilities (Holiday #631 and Holiday #637) in Anchorage, Alaska to address underground storage tank rule violations at each facility. The company provided a copy of the line leak detector test at both locations and agreed to pay a $17,040 penalty.
