On December 14, 2015, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement and final order with K & J Petroleum, LLC., the owners and operators of underground storage tanks at a facility in Portland, Oregon to address underground storage tank rule violations at its facility. The company provided a copy of the line leak detector test and agreed to pay a $6,390 penalty.
