Consent agreement and final order with the Respondent for an enforcement action alleging violations of the Clean Air Act and regulations related to surface monitoring of its landfill. The settlement requires the Respondent to pay a civil penalty; comply with the applicable requirements under the Clean Air Act; and perform a supplemental environmental project that will promote the use of alternative fuels through the installation of six electrical vehicle charging stations at the following locations: two at the Atlantic Cape Community College; two at the Atlantic County Public Library; and two at Stockton State University.
