EPA referred this matter for an ex parte warrant on 4/28/15, and after discussions with the Magistrate on 6/10/15, referred this matter for an Order in Aid of Access on 6/30/15; the government filed a complaint on 8/13/15, after providing the parties additional notice; the Magistrate issued a Report and Recommendation on 9/14/15, recommending that the court deny EPA's request; and the government filed objections to the Magistrate?s Report and Recommendation on 9/28/15. EPA obtained an Order and Opinion from the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois on October 15, 2015, that granted access; and completed the removal action in 2016.
